Had an amazing group getaway with friends! The location is perfect, we enjoyed exploring the lively entertainment options nearby and even caught a couple of events in the area. The accommodations were really comfortable, and the breakfast spread was top-notch. We appreciated the friendly service, especially when they helped us out with some tech issues at the restaurant. A great experience overall!
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the front desk finding our reservation, which was a bit frustrating at first. I had to email them my confirmation, and it took longer than expected to get it sorted out.

i had a wonderful stay at wyndham. the staff was super nice and went out of their way to help, especially when i needed assistance with wifi in the restaurant. the breakfast options were fantastic and gave me a great start to each day. plus, the fitness center was a nice perk and close to shopping centers, which made exploring easy.

Had some ups and downs
So, I spent 5 nights here. The room was decent but kinda felt sparse, like some furniture was missing. On the plus side, the shower had great pressure and the bed was clean. Breakfast was a highlight—really delicious! Staff were friendly, but good luck if you don’t speak Portuguese. communication can be tricky.

Great location near major attractions.
The air conditioning didn’t work in our room at all, making it stifling hot. The staff offered us another room, but that one smelled awful too. I was told the AC issue affected the entire hotel, which was incredibly disappointing for a 3-night stay.
